LawnBoy Signs Terms and conditions

 Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering your yard greeting.  By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.

Payment is due at the time the order is placed and must process 24 hours before installation. All payments are transmitted securely and are not stored by LawnBoy Signs LLC. 

The yard greeting will be installed on the eve before your event date or before 7am day of event unless other arrangements have been made. The signs will be picked up the evening of your event date. All prices are for rental purposes only. Rentals include delivery, setup and removal of the yard greeting.

To ensure a smooth installation we ask that homeowners  turn off sprinkler systems and cancel yard service for the duration of the yard greeting rental. If you have outside lights please have them on after dark for easier sign installation.  For a summer rental please water your lawn on the day of installation.

Rush and same day orders will be accommodated with the following conditions:

• Based on available inventory
• A rush fee may apply

By placing an order with LawnBoy Signs  you automatically give consent for the photos we take to be used for advertising purposes, without compensation, including but not limited to LawnBoy Signs website and social media outlets. 

We will not be able to install or take down your yard greeting if there is inclement weather such as lightning, thunderstorms, heavy rains, winds over 20mph, a blizzard, icy roads or other hazardous weather conditions that prevent set up, take down or will jeopardize the installer’s safety or the safety of our signs. If we are not able to install the yard sign due to inclement weather, the customer can choose to reschedule to a new date based on availability or receive a full refund.

If the yard greeting is a gift please make sure that someone is home in the household upon setup and aware of the installation. We reserve the right to refuse setup if the home/property owner is unaware we are coming.  If the homeowner would like the sign removed please contact us and we will do our best to remove as soon as possible. PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE OR MOVE THE SIGNS. 

If the customer cancels their order prior to the day of delivery, we will offer the option to reschedule or  full refund. Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund for the following:

• If the homeowner requests the yard greeting to be removed.
• If the client gives us the wrong address.
• If animals or animal poop prevents the display from being set up.
• If there are errors that occur on order submission.
• If there are any other circumstances that prevent the installer from setting up the display that are out of their control.
• If the lawn is dry and difficult to install (we remind you to water).

By placing an order with LawnBoy Signs LLC you agree to the following information and will make the homeowner aware:

All signs, stakes and lights remain LawnBoy Signs LLC property.  Any damage, destruction or tampering with the LawnBoy Signs LLC signs, stakes or lights is prohibited.  Signs, stakes or lights should not be moved without consent from LawnBoy Signs. You are responsible for replacement of the graphic, letter or stake at full replacement value.
Please do not touch, move or remove any of the signs, including our advertising sign.

Please do not dispose of any signs.

Please do not tie other objects to them such as balloons.

Please do not let children or pets play on or around the lawn greeting display.

LawnBoy Signs LLC and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any personal injury or property damage that may occur by the placement of our signs.
